**Sales Administration Coordinator - Chicago**

**Position Summary:**

+ Logging of tour deposits

+ Tour deposit CRS data entry

+ Tour refund logging

+ Invoice submission

+ Assist with both sales & marketing commission

+ Inventory tracking and ordering

+ iPad custodian

+ Data entry of all tour and gifting information into Central Reservations Systems / Epiphany system and running of reports. Prepare and balance cash and deposits.

+ File and secure all documents per procedures.

+ Assist with accounting, AP and/or duties as needed.

+ Process payroll and commissions for sales staff

+ Assist Site Administration and Sales leader as needed.

+ Candidate will be cross trained in other areas as needed.

+ General office work and other duties as assigned.

+ Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience.

+ Ability to multi-task; organize; prioritize; communicate with various personality types.

+ Ability to deal with stress in a dynamic and ever changing environment.

+ Positive and upbeat attitude combined with effective communication skills; people skills a must.

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ **Scheduling flexibility, will require nights and weekends.**
